The focus of this council meeting is inspiring. No serious conflicts remain about development in the city. Everyone now agrees. Great to hear that there are no dangers lurking from terrorism. But most of all that all city hospitals and health centers have protocols in place to dispose of hazardous waste from any suspected carriers of ebola virus. This city is what can be called mindlessly serene.
