MA Primary Has Colorful Candidates

[From article]
She’s been suspended with pay, and at $122,500 a year, no wonder she wants to keep her job. Over the years a lot of people in the court system have had no-show jobs, but this is the first time someone’s been ordered to take one, in writing, by the SJC.
Her major opponent appears to be ex-City Councilor Felix Arroyo Sr., who returned from his retirement in Venezuela when he heard the hack dog whistle informing him of a six-figure sinecure. On the council, Felix was known as “No-Show,” so he is obviously overqualified to be the next register. No Show is the father of Felix Jr., another ex-city councilor who ran for mayor, lost, and doubled his pay in the Marty Walsh administration.
The third major candidate is Martin “Kayo” Keogh, a former City Council aide who as a youth was arrested 26 times — but never convicted. Asked once how he beat that many raps, he replied, “With a baseball bat!”
A guy named David Keenan got the Herald endorsement. He’s actually qualified. Needless to say, he doesn’t have a prayer, not against statesmen named Punch-Out, No-Show and Kayo.
