Racism is Civil Rights?
This article includes two remarkable statements. First is "'If every state had its own laws, we wouldn't be one country; we'd be 50 different countries,'" said Thomas Saenz, president and general counsel of the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund."
The fifty states have different laws on real estate transactions, civil commitment, traffic laws, etc. Yet there is one country. The US government was meant to focus on national security which it fails to do. The US Constitution states that all powers not granted to the US government remain with the states. This Mexican advocate does not understand US law.
The second is saying "civil rights leader Al Sharpton." Al Sharpton is a lobbyist for the Black and African American lobby. He uses race to demonize and to deny civil rights to white people. He encouraged violence leading to a murder on 125th Street in New York City. He spent months slandering a white male District Attorney in New York State promoting the Tawana Brawley hoax. He promoted the slander of innocent white male students at Duke University promoting the fantasy rape of a black woman stripper. He never apologized for his evil public discourse. Spineless journalists allow him to continue his abuses.

Voters are unaware that laws do not apply to Democrats. Inconvenient laws may not be enforced without permission of the Democratic Liaison at the police departments and the DAs offices. The AG's office knows not to apply inconvenient laws to any Democratic elected officials. Police know to protect Democrats and to use laws only on critics of government officials. As for the ethics commission? What ethics? I don't got to show you no stinkin' ethics.

Since that's the case, how is it that our government has gone so out of control that the health care legislation that was just passed actually requires people to buy health insurance as a condition of citizenship? How long and hard do you have to torture the plain language of the Constitution to conclude that Congress can force you to buy any product it so desires: health care, condos from Nancy Pelosi, union cars, Barack Obama's biography or anything else it wants?

Destroying low income projects is the best idea. Jane Jacobs (Death and Life of Great American Cities) recognized that isolating people of low income eliminates hope of ever improving one's status. Young people grow up without hope or dreams. This is government segregation policy, which is shared to some extent by Harvard Real Estate policies. Harvard segregates the university population excluding non affiliated persons from living with students, staff and faculty. The few remaining unaffiliated residents on Harvard property are in place by Harvard's promise not to displace them when rent control was repealed in 1995. Harvard promotes diversity of skin color and ethnicity among their academic population. Harvard opposes diversity of economics and class in housing.

Eagan Ignores Group Adoption and Promotion

US Supreme Court Justices reveal their ignorance regarding consumer
technology, e.g., text messaging and pagers. This shows that they have
no clue about abuses of technology and experimental weapons used to
control humans. The FBI Director was and remains clueless about abuses
of FBI informants who killed dozens of civilians, with the knowledge
of special agents. Supervising police, prosecutors and politicians are
unaware of widespread abuses of technology by their employees. They
are happy to hear psychiatrists say that victims of criminal
