Biden on Personal Attacks?

Let’s see, when Obama supporters call his critics racists or liars. Are they personal attacks? Of all people to speak on this or any subject Biden is the least trustworthy regarding truth in this campaign. He makes it up each time he speaks. He can’t even get the Constitution right about the duties of the Vice President after 36 years in Congress. What a guy.
